POOLS
	Preliminary Round
	All pools within the preliminary round of a division are full round robin. Every team plays every other team within that pool.
	Second Round
	Several Pools within the second round are "non-repeating round-robin" pools.
	In such a pool, teams only play those teams that they have not already played. The results from these matches (played during the preliminary round) are used in this pool also.
	These pools can be identified by looking at the schedule of matches for the pool. If there are matches where the phrase "Result Carried Forward" appears under the Date, Time and Court columns, then this is a non-repeating round-robin pool.
